Ayesha KhanAyesha Khan, PharmD, BCPS is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Interim Associate Dean of Student Affairs at Chicago State University College of Pharmacy (CSU-COP) specializing in Internal Medicine. Dr. Khan was part of the Dual Acceptance Pharmacy Program at Loyola University Chicago and received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy in 2012. She then went on to complete a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at The University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio (2012-2013).

Dr. Khan currently maintains a practice site at Rush University Medical Center serving as a clinical pharmacist for one of the general adult medicine teams. Her research interests include renal therapeutics, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics in special populations and the role of pharmacists in a medical team. Dr. Khan is an active member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, and the Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists. She is also an Albert Schweitzer Fellow for Life and committed to reducing healthcare disparities in the Chicago-land area. Dr. Khan serves as faculty advisor of CSU-COP’s Student Society of Clinical Pharmacy and Muslim Students Association.

Amalia Diaz Amalia Diaz, B.S. is the Assistant Program Director for the Chicago State University College of Pharmacy (CSU-COP).  Mrs. Diaz holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems from Chicago State University in 2005. Mrs. Diaz began her career at Chicago State University as a Procedure and Systems Analyst in the Undergraduate Admissions Office. She served in that position for 3 years. In addition to her current position, she serves as an advisor for the Organization of Latin American Students (O.L.A.S.).  As active alum and employee, Mrs. Diaz is proud to be involved in a program that allows her to pay it forward.

 


Sultan Farabee

Sultan Farabee, is the Recruitment and Student Affairs Coordinator for the Chicago State University College of Pharmacy

(CSU-COP). Mr. Farabee holds a Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences from Chicago State University in 2001. Mr. Farabee began his career at Chicago State University as a project counselor in the Premedical Education Department in 2005. He served in that position until 2007 when he became the Assistant Director of the newly named Prehealth Professions Office. Mr. Farabee joined the College of Pharmacy in his current position in 2009.

 


Edith Godinez

Edith Godinez  is the Customer Services Representative II for the Chicago State University College of Pharmacy (CSU-COP) . Mrs.  Godinez   holds Bachelors in psychology from Chicago State University in 2008.  Mrs. Godinez began her career at Chicago State University Customer Services Representative II in the office of Student Financial Aid.  She served in that position for  6 years.  Mrs. Godinez Joined the college of Pharmacy in 2013.



Naina RichardsNaina Richards is the Learning Specialist for the Chicago State University College of Pharmacy (CSU-COP). Ms. Richards holds a Master’s Degree in Education-Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois at Chicago that she received in 2011. She has previously worked as an Academic Advisor primarily serving adult and non-traditional students. Ms. Richards joined the College of Pharmacy in 2015.
